Have you ever thought about blog commenting as an online marketing tool? If you write a great blog comment, you will get the author and other readers attention. It’s about sharing relevant and useful opinions and thoughts.
Blog commenting allows you to build a significant presence in a relative community, and you can get additional traffic to your website. Posting helpful comments also benefit your online reputation.

Marina, your blog post has been really useful for a presentation I am doing this week around blogging to build your personal brand. Thank you. It is interesting that blog comments are often overlooked as online marketing and networking tools although I am seeing an uptick on comments on my own blog so I think people are catching on. Do you have any examples or links to a blog comment that you think is an example of a great one that you can share? Again thanks.
Hi Mhairi, you did a good job by writing your comment. It can be an example.
Neil Patel has many interesting comments, just look through his articles on http://www.quicksprout.com/blog/
Brian Honigman has good examples here http://www.brianhonigman.com/networking-content-marketing/, including comments of Rebekah Radice and me.
